Seven decades ago our forefathers saw the potential for business in eastern India and began with trading. We grew from there into service Industry and manufacturing. The Family business as a concept has matured in our times. And it was time for us to move into the FMCG industry and build our brand. The learnings of our early days gave us the confidence to conceive of a Brand built on quality. Quality that would be consumed and build loyal consumers! That could through network of converted brand custodians move our products to the furthest corners of our market and our focus remained the same Eastern part of our great country.

So, the birth of tekfoods.

We entered the consumer’s taste journey with Noodles, created the network of eager sales jockeys who would ride the opportunities in every part of Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha and the North Eastern states and began seeding the market. Once the Noodles were accepted and compared favourably with market leaders, we brought in Cakes, Rusk & soon to enter savouries, to feed the growing consumers and the relentless sales force and the market loves it. Consider this, Ramen grabbed people’s imagination. So we raced through development and created the Ramen at an unbeatable price point and wherever we have reached it the Ramen has leapt off the shelf!

And the journey has just begun.
