Add some crunch and fun to your regular salad!
Ingredients:
- Boodles ready-to-eat noodles
- Boneless Chicken
- Cabbage
- Bell papers
- Onion
- Carrot
- Coriander leaves
- Peanut butter
- Ginger garlic paste
- Soy sauce
- Pepper
- Rice Vinegar
- Lime juice,
- Honey
- Red chilli flakes
Instruction:
Chop the veggies (cabbage, bell papers, carrots, onions) that have a natural crunch to them. Take bite-size boneless, skinless chicken pieces and marinade them with ginger garlic paste, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Heat cooking oil in a pan and add the marinated chicken pieces. Stir fry in high flame till the chicken turns pale white in colour. Transfer it into a plate and allow it to cool down.
For dressing: It’s time to make a sweet, spicy and savoury peanut butter dressing which is the soul of this flavoursome salad. Roast the peanuts and put them in a blender. Make a thick and smooth paste. Add rice vinegar, lime juice, soy sauce, a little ginger-garlic paste and red chilli flakes. Season it well with salt and pepper.
Combine all the veggies along with Boodles ready-to-eat noodles and sautéed chicken. Mix them well. Pour the dressing and give it a good mix once again. Garnish it with coriander leaves and crushed peanuts before serving.
