Schezwan Noodle Frankie

Filling, tasty and spicy – Gorge on wrapped goodness!

Ingredients:

  • Boodles instant noodles
  • Plain flour
  • Wheat flour
  • Butter
  • Schezwan sauce
  • Garlic (chopped)
  • Capsicum (thinly sliced)
  • Carrot
  • Cabbage (shredded)
  • Onions (sliced)
  • Processed cheese (grated)
  • Red Chilli sauce
  • Chaat masala

Instruction:

For the Roti, combine the flours and knead into soft dough using little oil and enough water. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll them into circles. Heat a tawa and cook the Roti using little butter. Cook till the golden, brown spots appear on the both sides.

Heat the butter in a non-stick pan, add chopped garlic and sauté till the aroma comes. Add capsicum, carrot, cabbage and onions into it and cook in medium flame. Add schezwan sauce and stir well. Add boiled Boodles instant noodles and toss it for some time.

Now, place a Roti on a clean, dry surface and spread some chilli sauce all over it. Place sliced cabbage and onions on it. Now add the prepared noodle stuffing and grate some cheese generously on it. Sprinkle some chaat masala on it, roll the Roti tightly and your Schezwan Noodle Frankie is ready to be served.
